Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at Wind Spirit

We are currently immersed in an extended water fast, with an amazing group of five who are journeying deeply into renewed health, clarity, and wholeness. It is always a privilege to witness this unfolding, yet something particularly special has been revealed this time.
In addition to our wonderful PEMF mat, the presence of our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chamber has added a truly powerful dimension to the experience.

With daily sessions, guests are receiving 95% oxygen under gentle pressure, supporting the body’s innate healing intelligence on a cellular level. We are witnessing enhanced repair, reduced inflammation, clearer minds, and a noticeable uplift in energy and vitality.

This retreat we have been using a soft shell chamber (see photos) but from our April retreat we will have a state of the art hard shell Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber installed at Wind Spirit.

When combined with fasting, HBOT amplifies processes such as autophagy and cellular renewal, deepening the body’s natural capacity to restore and regenerate.

It has so naturally become an integral part of our fasting programs here at Wind Spirit. It is an incredibly supportive and nurturing ally in the journey back to balance, vitality, and inner harmony and it makes a fast at Wind Spirit, an even more powerful and healing experience.
