PEMF - our latest Offering to enhance Fasting

I love a good gadjet ... especially one that enhances your health and feels really good!!! Our latest addition at Wind Spirit does both of those things in spades and I just can't get enough of it. Same for the participants in our last fasting retreat, who were lining up to get their daily dose! It's already shown to be a powerful and incredibly supporting adjunct to our fasts.

It is PEMF therapy (Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field therapy)… and I absolutely love it. In fact I am personally using it twice daily …  when we don’t have retreats that is!!!
