Testimonial for AutoImmune Disease

We recently received a truly beautiful testimonial from a woman who joined us for her second fast at Wind Spirit. She first came in April, navigating life with a rare and challenging autoimmune condition called Mucous Membrane Pemphigoid, which caused painful inflammation and blistering on her gums and other mucous membranes.

At the time, she had been relying on corticosteroids for several months, and her specialist had begun transitioning her to immunosuppressant medication, as it was no longer safe for her to remain on steroids long term.
