Your Body will Thank You

Its hard to put into words the transformation I've experienced in the last few years. While I've always had a deep respect for natural health, and having practiced as a naturopath for many years, it became clear to me that I'd gently drifted from the path.Little habits crept in, and I  told myself that my beloved herbs and a few supplements would be enough to keep everything in balance. But my body was whispering otherwise.

There was no major illness, no dramatic diagnosis ... just subtle signs. Little aches that lingered, slower healing, stiffness, and a sense that my vitality was ebbing. I was 64 so this is normal ... right???
So I ignored the symptoms until one day I couldn't. A cardiovascular report revealed a less than ideal genetic profile. It was my moment of awakening ... or should I say getting real. And for that, I am truly grateful.
Fast forward two years ...

Since then I've immersed myself in the health teachings of Tyler Tolman, and more importantly I've started living what I have learned. These simple timeless principles of health have become my compass. They're not about perfection ... I still enjoy my coffee, a square of dark chocolate and the occassional glass of good organic red. But my days are now guided by fresh, vibrant, plant based foods, the full spectrum of natures colours, exercise, breathing, hydration, self-care and a commitment to avoiding anything processed or unnatural.

The shift has been profound!

I feel more alive, more energised, and more joyful than I did thirty years ago.When little niggles arise, I listen. I respond ... and they pass. It has become clear to me that the body knows how to heal ... when we simply return to what is natural, nourishing and real.

In a world that moves fast and demands more than ever, it's easy to reach for the quick fix, whether that is pharmaceutical drugs or a host of supplements. But true wellbeing comes when we slow down, listen deeply, and remember what the body truly needs to thrive. The answers are simple, and they've always been here.
